What we collect. When you send an inquiry through this site we receive the details you enter: your name, business email, company, country and message. We do not sell anything on this site and we do not collect payment details here.

How we use it. We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and fulfil orders you place with us. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it. Inquiry details are kept while we are in discussion and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, and ask for it to be deleted, through the contact page.
