How do samples work?
Order single pieces first and judge the quality yourself before any bulk commitment. Sample pricing and postage are quoted in writing with your inquiry.
What are the opening quantities?
Opening quantities are sized for a first range test, not a warehouse gamble. Exact quantities per design are confirmed in your quotation.
How fast will I get pricing?
Every inquiry is answered within one business day, with pricing in writing. Send the designs you like and we quote exact quantities with the price.
What if pieces arrive damaged?
Breakages in transit are replaced or credited under our damage policy. Send photos of the damage and we settle it against your next order or as a credit.
Can I put my own brand on the products?
Yes. Private label covers base engraving, custom gift boxes, message and instruction cards in your languages, and packaging set for your market. See the OEM & Private Label page.
Where can I buy preserved flowers wholesale?
You are in the right place for finished preserved flower products: lamps, music boxes and speaker lamps made from real preserved flowers, supplied direct from the manufacturer.
Which designs should a first order carry?
Start with the range that fits your store, then widen it as the designs sell through. Most first orders mix a classic (a rose), a decor design (a hydrangea or the dandelion) and one statement piece (the sunflower or the speaker lamp).

Yes. We supply buyers across North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, and pack to export standard: 24 pieces per carton with gift boxes inside.
